EXCHANGE & REFUND

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

All items of SYLK are handmade. You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange for change of mind as each item is custom-made according to the customer’s specifications or preference, including size and colour, once the order is placed.

If you have any inquiries regarding a product defect or the size of the item, please contact our customer service via My page or Q&A within 24 hours after receipt.

Please use our designated parcel delivery service for all refunds and exchanges. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (it may differ depending on your region.)

Once we receive the returned parcel, a quality inspection will be performed to ensure you get your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that the items are your responsibility until they arrive at the workshop. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition including its original packaging. Be sure to keep your postage receipt to make your return easier. Any item in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
