Refund policy
We accept returns purchased through www.sylk-jewelry.com within 21 days of the date the order was shipped.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns or exchanges at this time. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and unwashed, and in the original packaging. Sylk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, missing tags, products that exhibit use for photoshoots or production use, and/or unreasonable and repetitive return patterns associated with your account.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
In order to begin your return/exchange, email info@sylk-jewelry.com with your order number.
Once your merchandise is received at the returns facility, it will be reviewed and if approved for refund, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the original form of payment.
For all international customers, please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.
