WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICES  

 

Goods delivered by SYLK are covered by a lifetime warranty. We offer options to update the appearance of your jewelry including polishing, blackening, matting, and repairs.

When requesting repair services, please contact SYLK customer service with your attached warranty card. Without the warranty card, free repair services are not available during the warranty period, and we may need to restrict warranty service.

SYLK is not responsible for any accident that occurs in delivery process, including damage or product loss.

Warranty exceptions and exclusions:

  • Our warranty does not cover lost items or damage caused by improper use.
  • You will not be eligible for a repair if the item has been modified by anyone other than SYLK's atelier or designer.

You are responsible for any costs incurred in transportation and delivery of your jewellery to SYLK, including postage, insurance, packing materials and delivery charges. We recommend that you use certified delivery and get your parcel insured when you send your item to us.

If you break a stone but still adore the gem, we can create a new piece of jewelry for you at a special price.
