The item will be shipped out within 14-30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on which product you have purchased. The shipping period may vary, as all jewellery is made by hand in our workshop in Seoul. Each piece is custom-made for the customer after the order has been placed. If you need your piece urgently, please contact us before you make an order to check the date by which you will be able to receive your purchase. Every effort will be made to have your piece shipped to you in time.

• International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
• Regardless of your order amount, 21-34 USD will be charged for shipping.
• All international orders will be shipped by DHL Express. An e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
• You may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery.
• Make sure that you enter the correct mailing address. Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
• Please note: the prices stated on the website do not include the sales tax. Tax will be calculated at check out for domestic orders and we do not have control over them. In the case the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round- trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
